QC Technician

Job Summary

You will prepare and maintain quality control (QC) reports, perform manual inspections of medical device parts and plastics, update customer drawings, assist engineers with customer buy-off, support ISO document maintenance, and summarize monthly non-conformance material reports (NCMR) to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed QC reports to track inspection outcomes and quality status
• Perform manual inspections of medical device parts and plastic components to verify compliance with specifications
• Update customer drawings and QC reports to reflect current product and quality information
• Assist engineers during customer buy-off processes to facilitate product approval
• Support the Management Representative in maintaining ISO documentation for quality management system compliance
• Summarize and report monthly non-conformance material reports (NCMR) and provide status updates
• Interpret technical drawings with a focus on tolerancing to ensure accurate inspections
• Use conventional measuring equipment, tools, and gauges to conduct precise measurements
• Apply computer skills to document and manage quality data efficiently
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and maintain a proactive, can-do mindset

Job Requirements

• Relevant educational certificates as a minimum qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
• An engineering background is preferred to support technical understanding and quality assurance tasks.
