Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Operations

1. Inspect the Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing product in accordance with the respective inspection plan.
2. Perform inspection in accordance with the respective work instruction.
3. Decide and make judgement or decision on matters of Quality concern based on the product specification.
4. Report any Quality problem to the respective Section Head / Assistant Engineer / Production Technician.
5. Ensure only accepted finished parts and correct quantity are pack into specified container / packaging in accordance with the respective work instruction before sending to store.
6. Update inspection data and other specification documentation.
7. Maintain the tidiness of the work area and equipment.
8. Guide and train new operators.
9. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System

EHS Management system

1. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) Management System including EHS policy, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Responsible and accountable for work that involves environmental, safety and health matters.
3. To identify and assess any work risks, recommend risk eliminations, control risk through risk mitigation and safe work procedures.

Requirements

1. Min. Secondary Education
2. Over 2 years-experience in QC inspection and able to see/use microscope
3. Use of any measurement equipment is a plus.
