Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using statistical tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Perform defect analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective/improvement actions
• Conduct waveform analysis (e.g. electrical/test signals) to support failure diagnosis and process understanding
• Facilitate and maintain Calibration and MSA systems; support related operational activities
• Ensure Calibration and MSA compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• Manage and maintain quality-related tools/systems to ensure reliability, availability, and data integrity
• Support and drive improvements in business processes related to quality systems and data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Yield, Engineering, Operations)
• Support ad-hoc audits, improvement initiatives, and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Materials or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently when required
• Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of quality systems (Calibration, MSA) and analytical/problem-solving approaches
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage
• Permanent night shift
