Quality Engineer (QMS, Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and Kaizen activities.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve product and process quality.
• Understand customer quality requirements and support achievement of manufacturing quality KPIs.
• Analyse internal defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities and ISO implementation.
• Assist in customer audits, certification requirements, and quality compliance initiatives.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement quality improvement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and customer audits.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience handling customer quality issues and driving corrective actions.

Details:

• Salary: Up to $5,000, with AWS and Performance Bonus
• Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
