Quality Lead

Basic Salary Range: SGD 3,400 – 4,500/month
Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
Annual Bonus: 5%
Shift Allowance:
Day Shift: SGD 150/month
Night Shift: SGD 300/month
Work Pattern: Shift work required

Job Scope
• Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors to ensure product quality, inspection standards, and production targets are achieved.
• Monitor quality activities across IQC, Assembly, Rack Build, Repair, Final QC, and Pack Out processes.
• Support daily quality operations, including QC reporting, handover reports, and quality documentation.
• Provide training, coaching, and cross-training to enhance team performance and quality awareness.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional teams on new product introductions, rework activities, ESD control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, ISO standards, and 5S practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

Requirement
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes, production operations, and defect control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Physically able to perform operational duties, including standing for extended periods when required.
• Secondary school education or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good command of English for workplace communication, documentation, and reporting
