Job Summary

You will manage customer requests and supplier interactions to prepare accurate quotation packages and support order confirmations, contributing to efficient project execution in the machining industry.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests to accurately prepare comprehensive quotation packages
• Request and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and timely quotations
• Prepare detailed quotations and assist in confirming orders to support smooth project progression
• Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries and provide clear information

Required competencies and certifications

• NTC or Diploma in Mechanical or Precision Engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the metal machining industry
• Knowledge of SAP to support quotation and order processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quotations
