Rack Cable Operator

Basic Salary Range: SGD 2,300 – 2,700/month
Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
Annual Bonus: 5%
Shift Allowance:
Day Shift: SGD 150/month
Night Shift: SGD 300/month
Work Pattern: Shift work required

Job Scope
▪ Assemble server chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions and quality standards.
▪ Perform server assembly and related production activities on the manufacturing line.
▪ Carry out packing, unpacking, rack-building, and other assigned production support tasks.
▪ Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
▪ Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
▪ Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
▪ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
▪ Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

Requirement
▪ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
▪ Able to meet the physical demands of the role to perform manual handling and assembly-related duties.
▪ Minimum secondary school education, technical certification, vocational qualification, or equivalent.
▪ Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment, including screwdrivers and related tools.
▪ Able to stand for extended periods during production operations.
▪ Comfortable working at heights and using ladders where required.
▪ Basic computer literacy.
▪ Ability to lift and move materials as required for operational needs. ▪ Good communication skills in English, as English is the primary working language.

Qualifications
▪ Experience in server, rack, or electronics assembly.
▪ Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
▪ Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
