Regional Quality Director - Manufacturing -

Job Description

• Support GM in driving Integrated Quality initiatives in Singapore facility
• Lead internal audits across products, processes, and procedures
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Review and approve project documentation for compliance
• Manage customer-driven change management and qualification activities
• Oversee product acceptance testing
• Develop and implement quality plans and technical documentation
• Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and governance systems
• Improve inspection and testing methods to ensure product reliability
• Ensure compliance with quality specifications through corrective actions
• Lead, coach, and develop quality team members
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and waste reduction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering
• At least 5 years in a leadership/management role
• Experience in metrology, inspection techniques, and engineering drawings
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (machining, casting, stamping, fabrication)
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP quality systems
• Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology
