SALES & ADMIN COORDINATOR

About Us:

We are an established manufacturing company seeking a proactive and detail oriented Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating sales activities while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Team
• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Coordinate customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records sales, customer information and inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
• Manage filing, data entry, and general office administration duties
• Assist management with reports, correspondence, and other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
