SALES COORDINATOR

•  Primarily prepares and follows up on any sales quotations
• Liaises between other departments and the client with regard to information from customers
• Follow-up on daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are generated timely and accurately
• Maintain good relationships and rapport with customers
• Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Process sales order & update SAP system & ensure effective flow of information from customers to relevant department
• Update & trace weekly schedule sharing data
• Provide monthly customer order summary to all relevant department
• Update liability report on a monthly basis
• Expedite customer on settlement of EOL products liability
• Attend ECN, new project and quality meeting
• Follow-up with customers on outstanding payment issues

  REQUIREMENTS:

•  Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing/ Mechanical / Engineering field or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English
• Organized and possesses strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with order processing, SAP system and Proficient in Microsoft Office
