Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales plans.
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining profitability.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits when required.
