JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

SCHÜTZ Singapore Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Schutz GmbH & Co, KGaA, Germany - a leading manufacturer of composite Intermediate Bulk Container and HDPE drums for the filling, storage and transportation of liquids.

We supply our Packaging systems to many of the world's leading chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum, Food & Beverage and Bio-Chemicals manufacturers throughout South East Asia and rest of the world.

Our Singapore plant is seeking professional personnel who is driven by a strong passion to strengthen our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

-         Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and support the execution of the company’s sales strategy and initiatives.

-         To represent SCHÜTZ in the regional market in a professional and ethical manner.To gain respect in the general market place for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.

-         To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of our competitors,to better achieve sustainable sales growth.

-         Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.

-         Actively make outbound calls, follow up on sales lead.

-         Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and product solutions tailored to customer needs.

-         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

-         Track sales activities, maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Sales Manager.

-         Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support sales planning.

-         Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements:

-         1-3 years’ experience preferably in Sales and Marketing role of an Industrial product. Serving customer in the following industry segments Chemicals, Food, Oleo Chemicals, Petrochemicals or Petroleum segments.

-         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

-         Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, with keen interest in Sales &Marketing.

-         Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

-         Self-motivated, well organized and results driven.

-         Comfortable with frequent customer interaction and business development activities.

-         Proficient in MS Office,experience with SAP & CRM system is an advantage.
