Senior EHS Engineer, Environmental

YOUR ROLE 

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• To sustain and improve safety Management System (MS) such as ISO45K, SHMS, ISO14K.
• Manage activities to ensure compliance with environmental legislations 
• Manage the Environmental aspect and impact of the activities 
• To conduct internal audit. 
• To co-ordinate the EHS related external audits and follow up on the findings / non-compliance closures.
• Manage incident management, indicators OOS, Legal compliance, reporting for internally and externally and organise inspections/Gemba, 
• Organize EHS training for internal and external providers.
• Covers duties supporting the EHS operation.
   

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Diploma/Specialist Diploma / Degree in WSH, Engineering, or with relevant certification and accreditations eg. workplace safety and health officer. 
• Minimum 5 year of experiences in Manufacturing/chemical industry in WSH. 
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, environmental legislation, and management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Experience in internal and external audits, incident management, compliance reporting, and corrective action closure
