Senior Marketing Manager

This Company is experiencing rapid growth at the convergence of semiconductor and optical testing, particularly driven by the emerging Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) market.

This is a high-impact, technical marketing leadership role responsible for driving product strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement in the silicon photonics and CPO testing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in Company’s test solutions for optical communications, silicon photonics wafers, and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), and confidently present products such as DCAs, BERTs, silicon photonics wafer test systems, and CPO test systems to customers.
• Lead presales and product promotion activities, including customer visits, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Represent Company at industry seminars, academic conferences, and trade shows in optical communications, semiconductors, and advanced packaging.
• Track technology trends in CPO, HPC/AI, and related fields; understand customer needs and pain points; and drive new product and project proposals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to define competitive positioning and develop product roadmaps for converged semiconductor and optical test markets.
• Act as a key liaison between R&D and Sales teams by translating customer requirements into product direction while supporting Sales with presales and technical expertise.
• Serve as a senior marketing and application expert, contributing to product marketing, technical support, keynote presentations, technical papers, and patent applications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Optoelectronics, Optical Communications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Test & Measurement, or a related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in R&D, technical support, product marketing, or technical sales. Prior experience with optical communication or semiconductor test equipment vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong technical foundation with a keen interest in emerging and advanced technologies such as AI, robotics, advanced semiconductor technologies, and optoelectronics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong capabilities in information gathering, analysis, and synthesis. Fast learner with high ownership, resilience under pressure, and strong accountability. Management or technical leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including trips between the US and Asia, and ability to communicate effectively with global customers. Multilingual capability (e.g., Chinese) is a plus
