Senior Production Operator/Operator (Power Plant)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Shift Charge Engineer in achieving contractual, technical, and commercial objectives for plant operations.
• Perform quality monitoring and plant operations in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on the isolation and normalization of equipment in accordance with the Permit-To-Work system.
• Act as first response for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure all maintenance and modification activities are conducted safely and in compliance with plant procedures.
• Collect raw material and product samples for laboratory testing.
• Carry out and follow up on routine plant operations and daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Nitec, GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the power plant industry will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts at Tuas South.
