Job Description

• Position Title: Senior Production Supervisor / Production Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Run the factory when the Factory Manager is away.
• Lead and support Production Supervisors and Line Leaders; drive performance and accountability.
• Plan and manage 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays.
• Ensure effective training and coaching for new Operators and Line Leaders.
• Meet daily production volume and efficiency targets.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Make sure teams follow all work instructions, equipment rules, and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, GMP, and Quality policies; coordinate general waste collection and recycling (pallets and paper bags).
• Oversee and check product sample collection to meet quality/lab requirements.
• Ensure accurate and on-time production records and Navision entries.
• Maintain high housekeeping and 5S standards across the site.
• Ensure strong working knowledge of batching, dumping, and packing equipment (self and team).
• Plan and manage maintenance, including basic repairs by Line Leaders, to reduce downtime.
• Resolve major technical issues; support first-line troubleshooting and escalate to Engineering/Management only when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
