Senior Production Technician (Semi-Conductors) Up to $4,200 Allowances

• Monthly rotating day/night shifts

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of production associates to achieve daily production targets.

• Monitor production output, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports.

• Investigate production and quality issues and support corrective actions.

• Perform and oversee assembly of complex components and sub-assemblies.

• Support new product introductions and continuous process improvements.

• Train, coach, and develop production associates and new team leaders.

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and production runs smoothly.

• Monitor attendance, manpower allocation, and production line balancing.

• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company procedures.

• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.

• Knowledge of production monitoring, quality control, and ISO documentation.

• Experience investigating production or quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Able to calculate manpower requirements, takt time, and production line balancing.

• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:

  • Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
