Core Job Mission
The core mission of this position is to drive continuous market expansion, develop new client resources and business channels, achieve and exceed the minimum monthly business turnover of SGD 150,000, fully lead, manage and optimize the internal sales team, formulate market development strategies, standardize sales operation processes, and realize stable and sustainable growth of company revenue and market share.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Business Revenue Target Achievement (Core KPI)
1. Independently formulate and implement monthly, quarterly and annual market development plans, strictly fulfill the core performance target of minimum monthly turnover of SGD 150,000, and take full responsibility for team and company sales revenue output.
2. Explore new market opportunities, develop new corporate clients, institutional partners and channel resources in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, continuously expand business coverage and customer groups.
3. Analyze market trends, industry competition status and customer demand changes, adjust business development strategies in a timely manner, optimize product and service promotion directions, and ensure continuous growth of transaction volume and customer scale.
4. Conduct business negotiation, project docking, quotation confirmation and contract signing with potential and existing clients, maintain high-quality customer relationships, improve customer repurchase rate and long-term cooperation rate.
5. Track project progress and business delivery results, coordinate internal resources to ensure customer order fulfillment, resolve business docking and project operation problems in the process, and guarantee customer satisfaction and project closing rate.
6. Regularly sort out business data, summarize monthly revenue completion status, analyze gaps between actual performance and target, formulate improvement plans and rectification measures, and ensure stable compliance with monthly 150,000 turnover indicators for a long time.
2. Full Sales Team Management & Team Building
1. Undertake the overall management work of the sales team, including team staffing, daily attendance management, work arrangement, task decomposition and performance assessment supervision.
2. Decompose overall company sales targets into individual and phased team tasks, clarify job responsibilities and performance assessment standards of each sales member, and ensure orderly implementation of team work.
3. Conduct regular team training, including business knowledge, sales skills, negotiation skills, market case analysis and industry policy interpretation, continuously improve the comprehensive professional quality and business capability of the sales team.
4. Motivate team members, establish a positive team working atmosphere, solve employees’ work difficulties and psychological problems, reduce team turnover rate, and improve team cohesion and executive force.
5. Supervise the daily sales work process, standardize sales visit records, customer follow-up files, business report submission and other daily work, establish standardized sales operation management system.
6. Conduct regular team performance evaluation, complete performance appraisal, reward and punishment implementation, assist outstanding employees in career promotion, and optimize team personnel structure.
3. Strategic Planning & Business Operation Optimization
1. Participate in the company’s medium and long-term business development strategy formulation, put forward feasible market expansion suggestions and business iteration plans according to industry development rules and market changes.
2. Sort out and optimize the whole business process from customer development, intention docking, business negotiation, contract signing to after-sales follow-up, reduce operating costs and improve business conversion efficiency.
3. Establish and improve customer resource classification management system, realize hierarchical maintenance of high-value customers, potential customers and ordinary customers, and maximize customer resource value.
4. Cooperate with the company’s administrative, operation and technical teams to coordinate cross-departmental resources, ensure the smooth progress of all market development projects and sales business.
5. Collect industry information, competitor dynamics, market price system and policy changes, form regular market analysis reports, and provide accurate data support for company’s business decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Risk Control
1. Regularly report team business progress, revenue completion data, market development results and existing problems to senior management, and submit monthly and quarterly business summary reports.
2. Responsible for business risk identification and control in market expansion and sales process, avoid customer disputes, contract risks and business loss problems.
3. Maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with industry partners, upstream and downstream suppliers and institutional clients, expand company brand influence and industry reputation.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
1. Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, International Trade or related majors; candidates with overseas study background or senior management training experience are preferred.
2. Work Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development, market expansion and sales team management; minimum 3 years of senior management experience leading sales teams.
2. Proven track record of independently achieving high monthly business turnover; experienced in completing stable monthly sales performance of over SGD 150,000 in Singapore or Southeast Asian market is highly preferred.
3. Familiar with local Singapore market rules, commercial operation logic and customer cooperation habits, with mature local client resources and channel resources is a plus.
3. Professional Capabilities
1. Possess excellent market insight, business development capability and customer negotiation capability, able to independently develop high-quality client resources and close business deals efficiently.
2. Have professional team management capabilities, able to formulate scientific assessment mechanisms, training systems and incentive policies, and drive team performance growth steadily.
3. Familiar with full-cycle project management and sales operation management processes, able to control project progress, business quality and revenue targets in an all-round way.
4. Proficient in office software, data statistical analysis and business report writing; able to accurately sort out business data and put forward targeted optimization plans.
5. Possess strategic thinking, able to combine market changes to adjust development strategies and realize long-term business value growth.
4. Language & Soft Skills
1. Fluent in spoken and written English (working language for daily office and client negotiation); bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for Singapore local business scenarios.
2. Excellent communication, coordination, expression and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and pressure resistance.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented work attitude, high execution and self-driven working awareness.
4. Good team leadership, able to motivate team members to break through performance targets and create continuous business benefits.
5. Other Requirements
1. Able to adapt to Singapore local work rhythm, accept business trips according to market development needs.
2. Have good professional ethics, no bad employment records, able to strictly keep company business confidentiality.
3. Familiar with Singapore local industry policies and commercial compliance requirements is preferred.

1. Complete minimum monthly business turnover of SGD 150,000 steadily, ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales target compliance.
2. Steadily expand market customer scale, increase the number of long-term cooperative clients every month, and improve market coverage.
3. Complete daily standardized management of the sales team, ensure stable team personnel structure and continuous improvement of team business capability.
4. Continuously optimize business conversion rate, customer satisfaction rate and order repurchase rate, reduce business operating risks.
5. Complete regular business reports, market analysis and team performance summary as required by the company.
