Senior QC Technician

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure test is conducted as per documented test plan.
• Ensure records are legible, complete, and accurate and promptly filed for fast retrievable.
• Ensure timely updating of record, control chart and feedback to superior for any abnormal trend or pattern observed.
• Trouble-shoot and maintain test and measuring equipment in good operating condition.
• Responsible for product conformity.
• To ensure all quality requirements are met and follow up on quality related issues pertaining to the area in charge.
• Enforce good and safe work habits, 5S housekeeping and discipline in the laboratory.
• Monitor and control inventory of chemical in QC laboratory.
• Liaise with external vendor (Trouble shooting, Calibration, etc.)
• Compile QC reports for internal and external parties.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications will be advantages
