Job Description - Senior Trainer

Orientation and briefing for all new employees.

Develop onboarding programs for new employees.

Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

On-The-Job training and guide new employees.

Re-training for staffs not consistently meeting production target.

Conduct periodic re-certification .

Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements to training methods where required.

Support for updating employee training records certification

Support NPI (new product introduction) training

Support production line SOPs to update the latest version.

Develop and provide training programs for Line Assistant.

Develop and provide cross-training programs to operators.

Maintain updated training matrix and certification records for all production personnel.

Participate in audits and ensure compliance to training documentation requirements.
