Senior/Program Executive

Responsibilities:
Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.

Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups.

Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.

Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team.

Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.

Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers’ requirements/expectations.

Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR.

Manage, review customer PO, S/O, changes updates and closure.

Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in electronics engineering or business management.
• Min 4 years of working experience in Program.
• Experience in EMS industry.
• Knowledge in wire harness, PCBA, and Box build assembly will be advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with customers, meeting the objectives with continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and/or other Asian language.
• Excellent people skills, project management skills, good business acumen and a team player.
• High Integrity, Responsible, Proactive and result oriented.
• Able to multi-task and work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Computer literate, Competent in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to travel domestically from time to time.
• Must be able to complete job responsibilities while working in a global time zone. Attendance of late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs will be required.
