Service Technician

Job Scope
Carry our pre-delivery inspection, testing, installation & commissioning, repairs and servicing works for product handled by the company's premise or at customer's site. Carry out electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosing and repairs for all products handled by the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service report including causes(s) of problems, details of repairs and detailed parts used for every job completed timely and submit daily with time sheet to the respective supervisor/service engineer.
• Perform retrofitting and modification task and ensure the completed task is compliance with the drawing and instruction provided.
• Perform installation of attachment according to job specification and installation instruction at customer sites in Singapore.
• Handle material preparation for stock like shaft, mounting bracket, manifold block, fitting and hose guide etc.
• To handle welding works.
• Complete service report including causes of problems and details of repairs.
• Any other duties as assigned by service management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in field servicing of electrical/mechanical/hydraulic industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, field service, installation and set-up of material handling/packaging equipment.
• Possess of class 3 Singapore driving license.
