Site Supervisor (Semiconductor Installation Projects)

Neo Sting Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in semiconductor installation and engineering services. We support semiconductor manufacturing facilities with equipment installation, utility hook-up, project coordination, and site management services.

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for semiconductor installation projects and ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities for semiconductor installation and engineering projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients on site matters.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues and risks.
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates.
• Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements effectively.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in material coordination, delivery scheduling, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, engineering, or semiconductor projects.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment installation, cleanroom environments, or engineering projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of site safety requirements and project coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willing to work at project sites across Singapore as required.
• Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management, employees, and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSQ Workplace Safety & Health).
• Experience working in semiconductor fabs or cleanroom environments.
• Familiarity with installation of semiconductor equipment, piping, gas systems, or utility systems.
