SMT OPERATOR

 To operate the Surface Mount Technology Machines, eg. Screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens and AOI.

- Assist in machine setup, calibration and minor maintenance.

- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

- Inspect assembled PCBs for solder quality and components alignment.

- Coordinate with the teams for quality related issued.

- Follow work instruction and standard operating procedures.

- Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

- Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.

Job Requirements

- GCE "0", Nitec, possess certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

- Previous working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.

- Ability to read and understand technical manual and assembly instructions in English.

- Positive working attitude and communication skills.

- Able to work independently and teamwork.

- Willing to learn.

- Willingness to work overtime when needed.

- Air-conditioned environment.

- 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 0815 to 1745.
