🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC spring forming and coiling machines.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on spring manufacturing equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor production quality and perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Assist in new product setup, machine trials, and process improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain proper machine documentation and production records.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices.

✅ Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in:Mechanical EngineeringMechatronics EngineeringPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringOr related disciplines
• Experience operating or maintaining spring manufacturing or CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
