Sr. Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and optimize wafer-level final test processes for filter products. 
• Support high-volume manufacturing by ensuring robust and scalable test processes. 
• Implement advanced test methodologies to improve accuracy, throughput, and yield. 
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis. 
• Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet production targets. 
• Partner with global teams to transfer and sustain processes across multiple sites. 
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process/test engineering, with a focus on wafer-level testing 
• Strong expertise in RF filter technologies (BAW & SAW)    
• Hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), probe cards, and wafer-level test platforms 
• Proven track record in yield improvement, statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
