SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise daily furniture and sofa manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Plan and assign work schedules to production workers and upholsterers.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train, guide and evaluate production staff on work performance and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper use of machinery and equipment.
• Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of sofa and furniture production processes.
• Experience supervising production workers and coordinating daily operations.
• Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
