Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor production staff. Assign daily tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of teamwork.
• Production Scheduling & Execution: Plan and organize workflow to meet output targets and deadlines while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet exact specifications and company standards.
• Safety & Environment: Implement and strictly enforce safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and equipment maintenance checks.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for increased efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
