Food Production Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of food factory processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating and food preservation.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to work on a permanent night shift.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and proper storage procedures.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth operational flow from the factory to retail outlets.
• Comfortable working in a cold room while wearing the required protective equipment.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs is an advantage but not mandatory.
