Job Description - SUPERVISOR

Oversee efficiency of operational processes
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the business
Analyse business requirements and customer needs
Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
Monitor and report on department performance
Supervise and train employees
Provide administrative support
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of operational principles and policies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivating and supervising employees.
Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees,delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
willing to work OT on weekends and public holidays
Must be able to work night shift or split shift
Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
