Randstad is partnering with a leading commercial client to hire a Project Facility Building Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building. You will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all assigned sites.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth performance of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lifts.
• Plan and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Manage space utilization, cleanliness, landscaping, and overall building presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters and issues.
• Manage external vendors including cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, and landscaping services.
• Review and negotiate service contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor works to minimize disruption to building users.

skills and experience required

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management / Engineering / Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Min 6 years of relevant supervisory experience managing corporate commercial office / industrial building
• Preferably individuals with lean six sigma / PMP / Fire Manager certification
• People management experience (managing assistant manager / technicians etc)
• IFM experience will be a plus
• Extensive technical inclined facilities management (hard services)
• Able to commence immediate or short notice will be a plus
