What You’ll Do:

• Dealer Support: Assist dealer networks with product training, quotations, and joint customer visits to close deals.
• Business Growth: Monitor dealer sales, monthly orders, stock levels, and marketing activities to ensure yearly targets are met.
• Market Strategy: Analyze competitor activity and market trends in your territory to propose winning sales strategies.
• Network Development: Review dealer business models and build action plans to improve their distribution capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of B2B sales or dealer/distributor management experience.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, great communication skills, and a willingness to travel for client visits.
