Test Operator

Basic Salary Range: SGD 2,700 – 3,500/month
Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
Annual Bonus: 5%
Shift Allowance:
Day Shift: SGD 150/month
Night Shift: SGD 300/month
Work Pattern: Shift work required

Job Scope
• Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
• Execute testing procedures and accurately record test results as required.
• Support packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related activities as assigned.
• Perform BIOS validation, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical testing activities where required.
• Follow established testing procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

Requirement
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, testing, production, or a related environment.
• Minimum secondary school education, technical certification, vocational qualification, or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Good communication skills in English, as English is the primary working language.

Qualifications
• Technical background in electronics, computer hardware, or related fields.
• Experience in server testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with BIOS validation, burn-in testing, and other production testing processes.
