x5 Production Technician - Fixed shift role, North, AWS Bonus

Summary

• Basic up to $2800 + Allowance +OT
• AWS + Bonus
• Morning/Afternoon/Night/12hours shift available
• Location: Marsiling

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality parts are produced while achieving production output targets and minimizing scrap through effective material control.
• Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining efficient production operations, including timely material preparation and smooth shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, and customer quality standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor product quality, perform inspections, document process changes and non-conformances, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and assistant technicians, and act as the Production Supervisor during their absence.
• Participate in process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
