Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 9.00 to 6.00 pm

Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be tasked with formulating and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services and enhance brand recognition. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives, exceptional communication abilities, and a creative outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Understand market trends and monitor competitive activities in Asia.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the organization.
• Generate valuable and compelling content for our website and social media platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
• Enhance customer engagement and business visibility in online searches through effective SEO and SEM tactics.
• Establish, manage, and upkeep the company’s social media accounts.
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, and event management publicity.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
• Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as training sessions and tradeshows.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
• Develop and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring prudent allocation of funds.
• Ensure achievement of annual growth plans and financial targets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and highly organized.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure while managing deadlines.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
