1 year Contract Marketing Specialist (Up to $5200) #HJOT

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external designers to develop and localise marketing collaterals, including brochures, digital banners, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Review and proofread marketing content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
• Manage branding and legal approval processes for marketing materials.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise search marketing, social media advertising, and online promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate vendor management, payment processing, and logistics for marketing materials, promotional items, and events.
• Support the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, workshops, and customer events, including on-site coordination when required.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Able to travel occasionally within Singapore to support marketing events.
