You will report directly to the Business Director and work closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support the development of contents and campaign deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a representative of our vision, mission and culture.
• Oversee the marketing and advertising business, constantly identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to existing clients.
• Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and needs to deliver relevant solutions. 
• Actively pitch and drive new business pipelines to meet quarterly or yearly revenue goals. 
• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Production teams in managing campaign timelines and deliverables
• Understand requirements for each advertising/ production request from clients.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with stake-holders Eg from creative, production to marketing to fulfill all campaign needs and requirements.
• Be in charge of  all duties/follow up for all project related  requests till final deliverables.
• Reporting of end campaign deliverable results to clients.
• Run reviews with teams after campaigns to gather learnings and offer ways of improvement.
• Able to handle pressure and tight production timelines, 
• Collaborative, proactive, ethical, flexible and multi-tasker/  team-player.

Experience and Attributes:

• Relevant 4-5 years of project handling and client management experience. 
• Proven ability to organically grow accounts by creating great relationships, understanding customer needs and banding resources for success
• Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
• An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to leverage all the amazing possibilities at Viddsee 
• Ability to think on your feet and ideate on the spot as opportunities develop fast
• A team player that will enjoy working with other highly talented people who are on a mission to build this business
• Well-versed and comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflows and processes.
• Great understanding of Social Media Platforms.
