Job Description - Account Manager

Proactively identify, target and secure high-value B2B clients through strategic cold outreach, industry networking, trade shows and referral partnerships.

Act as a trusted consultant to existing and prospective clients, conducting deep-dive needs assessments to understand their marking, branding and operational requirements.

Manager and grow a robust portfolio of jet accounts, ensuring high retention rates and consistent year-over-year revenue growth.

Expertly present and demonstrate company's full suite of products, services and capabilities

Develop, articulate and negotiate compelling, highly accurate quotes, proposals and service-level agreements (SLAs) tailored to client specifications and budget parameters.

Identify and execute strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability and lifetime value.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams ( production, pre-press, design and logistic) to guarantee seamless order processing.

Monitor project timelines proactively, resolving any bottlenecks to ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and strict deadlines.

Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure complete client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous service improvement.

Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.

Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence (including competitor analysis and emerging industry trends) to senior management.
