Account Manager (Campaign)

Our client, a growing local brand and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Campaign) to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing project execution across multiple channels.

Responsibilites:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, budget management, and resource allocation while managing client expectations.
• Act as the liaison, translating client objectives and needs to the internal project team.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain consistent communication on project progress, identifying potential challenges or opportunities.
• Oversee and review major deliverables across various marketing channels (ATL, BTL, print, digital, web, social media, public relations) to ensure they align with client expectations and quality standards.
• Manage cross-channel campaigns, integrating media, public relations, social media, and influencer/KOL strategies.
• Address client concerns promptly and efficiently, and inform the Account Director of any issues that may arise.
• Develop a solid understanding of the agency’s offerings and effectively communicate them to clients.
• Provide weekly updates on account activities, including project statuses and client inquiries.
• Create communication strategies and pitch stories to local and regional media.
• Track and compile deliverables to share with clients on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Analyze campaign data, provide insights, and contribute to the development of effective campaign strategies.
• Possess a strong understanding of campaign management, marketing, public relations, influencer outreach, content creation, and social media.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure while maintaining professional standards.
• Manage internal and crisis communications and issue resolution for clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising or a related marketing communications role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
