Account Manager (Sales & Marketing)

We are a performance-driven digital agency working closely with TikTok (Gold Partner) and Meta (Business Partner), trusted by fast-moving brands across the region.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client accounts, shape campaign direction, and lead execution across teams.

This is not a coordination role. You will be expected to think, plan, and drive outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Account Ownership & Strategy

• Own end-to-end client accounts across digital marketing campaigns

• Translate client objectives into clear campaign strategies and briefs

• Work with the performance team to align on campaign direction, targeting, and objectives

• Analyse performance reports and identify what is working, what is not, and what to adjust

Client Management

• Lead client communication, presentations, and strategy discussions

• Build trust through clear thinking and direction, not just reporting

• Manage expectations and handle difficult conversations when needed

• Ensure clients understand both the strategy and the results

Cross-Team Execution

• Work closely with performance, creative, and video teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements

• Ensure briefs are clear and actionable across teams

• Identify gaps early and take ownership to resolve them

Performance & Improvement

• Track campaign performance with clear reasoning (not just surface metrics)

• Translate data into actionable insights and next steps

• Continuously refine strategy based on results

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ years in a digital marketing / agency environment

• Strong ownership mindset — able to manage accounts without constant follow-up

• Comfortable handling multiple accounts and moving parts under pressure

• Clear communicator who can align clients and internal teams

• Able to guide junior team members and raise their standard

• Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
