Clutchy is seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager with demonstrated experience in client relationship management, performance marketing, startup development, and international business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large client portfolios, developing growth strategies, optimizing digital advertising campaigns, and bringing innovative products from concept to market. This role requires a strategic thinker who combines analytical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive measurable business growth and deliver impactful results in both corporate and startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing strategic consultation, building strong relationships, and delivering data-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Analyze advertising campaign performance and optimize audience targeting, creative assets, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and overall campaign effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, customer validation, and the development of business proposals and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to execute business development, marketing, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization, including product planning, branding, go-to-market strategy, and product positioning.
  • Design and execute marketing and crowdfunding campaigns by creating promotional content, campaign assets, and customer engagement initiatives to increase product awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate market insights, and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Present business concepts to investors, accelerator programs, and startup competitions to secure stakeholder engagement and support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Informatics or a related technical discipline with minimum 2 years experience in digital advertising, account management, or business development, with hands-on experience supporting clients in campaign strategy, optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of Meta advertising products and campaign optimization; Meta certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); familiarity with Blender (3D) and basic Python is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving strong business results, including managing large client portfolios, driving product launches, crowdfunding initiatives, and contributing to high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
