NTUC LearningHub is seeking a results-oriented Acquisition and Corporate Marketing Manager/ Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategising and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and revenue for both B2B and B2C sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of channel platform solutions, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to work independently. This role demands excellent performance under tight deadlines and meticulous attention to detail.
Channel Platform Support:
• Develop and implement marketing collaterals for both Corporate Sales and Consumer Sales teams, including digital media, B2B platform partnerships, traditional media, and events.
• Drive awareness to branches, sales centres and roadshow locations.
Agency Partnership:
• Collaborate with agencies to generate traffic, conversions, and achieve revenue and ROI targets.
Cross-Channel Collaboration:
• Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing team to manage project timelines, handle internal and external inquiries, support integrated campaign launches, and conduct post-campaign reporting.
• Product Divisions: Understand business needs, project requirements, and support the development and implementation of marketing collaterals for the respective sales channels.
• Sales Channels: Identify and address gaps in marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates for the Corporate and Consumer Sales Channels.
