Your job is to sell Koocester’s media, advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnership packages to businesses in Singapore.
You will turn Koocester’s audience, content, and credibility into revenue by closing clients who want visibility, leads, positioning, and trusted media exposure.
This role is for someone who can sell independently, manage a pipeline, speak to decision-makers, and close deals without needing to be spoon-fed.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising and brand partnership deals
Sell to business owners, founders, marketing teams, agencies, and senior decision-makers
Own monthly sales targets and revenue pipeline
Follow up consistently until deals are closed or clearly lost
Maintain all leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deal stages in CRM / Lark / HubSpot
Understand client goals before pitching: awareness, leads, recruitment, credibility, launches, or positioning
Prepare proposals and recommend suitable campaign packages
Work with producers, campaign managers, and marketing team to hand over sold campaigns properly
Ensure client expectations are clear before production starts
Avoid overpromising what the company cannot deliver
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience
Experience in media sales, ad sales, sponsorships, digital marketing, PR, events, or B2B services
Able to work on-site in Singapore
Confident speaking to founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers
Strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable with monthly sales targets
Able to manage a pipeline independently
Good proposal and presentation skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organised with CRM updates
Good to Have
Existing Singapore business network
Experience selling TikTok / Instagram / social media campaigns
Experience selling to SMEs, property, interior design, automotive, finance, F&B, or lifestyle industries
Familiarity with HubSpot, Lark, or similar CRM tools
Understanding of lead generation and content marketing
Compensation
Base salary + commission, depending on experience.
High performers will have strong earning potential through commissions, renewals, and upsells.
