Advertising Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through brand partnerships and advertising solutions.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing and the Managing Director and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and media network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new brand partners and advertising clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Present and pitch advertising solutions across our media network
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in media, advertising, or marketing is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: SGD $2,800 – $4,500 per month
• Two compensation structures available (performance-based and balanced)
• Commission and performance incentives available
