Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Application Builder who thrives in rapid prototyping and building through AI-driven development (“vibe coding”). This is a unique opportunity to help shape AI Agents and social media data products from 0 to 1. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about applying AI within social media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and contribute to product directions including AI Agents, social media data intelligence, creator discovery, content insights, and related AI-driven applications.
• Rapidly turn product ideas or business problems into tangible outputs such as demos, prototypes, workflows, or MVPs using AI tools.
• Actively use AI and product-building tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, Figma, v0, Lovable, and similar platforms to translate ideas into functional and demonstrable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to validate early-stage ideas and drive them toward real product implementation.
• Research emerging trends, products, and competitors in AI Agents, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, and B2B SaaS domains.
• Design and improve product workflows, user experiences, data input/output structures, and AI-driven processes to simplify complex capabilities.
• Continuously test, iterate, and evaluate ideas to determine feasibility, value, and product-market fit—focusing on execution over discussion.
• Build and experiment with proof-of-concept systems that can be used for internal evaluation or client demonstrations.
• Translate abstract concepts into structured product logic, user flows, and AI workflows that are easy to understand and use.
• Support the transformation of validated ideas into scalable product features and real-world customer applications.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore PR eligible only.
• Diploma or above with 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, or “vibe coding.”
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively support Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Familiarity with or strong willingness to use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and ChatGPT; prior experience building real projects with these tools is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in 0-to-1 initiatives such as startups, side projects, academic projects, independent products, internships, or open-source contributions.
• Prior entrepreneurial experience or experience in failed projects with strong learning reflection is highly valued.
• Strong interest in AI products, agent systems, social media data, or digital marketing technology.
• Ability to break down complex problems, conduct independent research, analyze competitors, experiment with tools, and form structured opinions quickly.
