AI Content Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Content Specialist to develop, adapt and optimise digital content using generative AI and other content-production tools.

The role requires strong editorial judgement and the ability to review, improve and verify AI-assisted outputs before they are used in client campaigns or published on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Use generative AI tools to support content research, ideation, drafting and adaptation.
• Develop content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, videos and client communications.
• Adapt content for different audiences, platforms and communication objectives.
• Develop and refine prompts for text, image, audio and video content generation.
• Review, edit, verify and fact-check AI-assisted content before publication.
• Ensure that content complies with brand, editorial, copyright and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, video editors and platform teams.
• Maintain prompt libraries, content templates and production guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks covering accuracy, tone, clarity, originality and cultural suitability.
• Test new AI content tools and recommend appropriate business applications.
• Support documentation and training relating to AI-assisted content workflows.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, media, design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in content development, digital marketing, editorial work or creative production.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for text, visual, audio or video content.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to review AI-generated material critically and independently.
• Familiarity with major social media and digital-content platforms.
• Understanding of copyright, content attribution and responsible AI use would be advantageous.
