AI Services Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Services Lead to develop and oversee AI-enabled solutions supporting digital content, marketing, client engagement and operational improvement.

The role will work closely with business development, account management, content and operations teams to identify suitable AI applications and implement practical, scalable solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s AI services strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, analytics and automation across digital content and business workflows.
• Lead the planning and delivery of AI-enabled client projects.
• Translate business and client requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate relevant AI tools, platforms and technology partners.
• Establish quality-control, governance and responsible-use procedures for AI-generated outputs.
• Coordinate with business development, account management, content and operational teams.
• Support proposals, client presentations, solution demonstrations and project scoping.
• Monitor project delivery, service quality and operational improvements.
• Develop internal guidelines and provide training on the responsible use of AI tools.
• Keep abreast of relevant developments in AI technologies and recommend suitable applications.

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, communications, information systems, data science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in AI-enabled services, digital transformation, marketing technology, consulting or related fields.
• Understanding of generative AI, workflow automation and digital-content processes.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to assess the commercial and operational suitability of AI solutions.
• Familiarity with data-protection, information-security and responsible-AI considerations would be advantageous.
