APAC Market Analyst and Go to Market Senior Manager

Job Summary

The APAC Market Analyst and Go‑to‑Market Senior Manager plays a pivotal role within the Sales Organization, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, regional strategy refinement, and scalable go‑to‑market (GTM) execution across the APAC region. Reporting to the Director of APAC, GTM Strategy, Indirect, and SDE, this senior individual contributor role leads market intelligence, competitive insights, and GTM planning to accelerate profitable growth, expand served available market (SAM), and strengthen commercial consistency.

This role acts as a strategic bridge between global strategy, regional sales, and local market realities. By combining deep market analysis with strong program execution, the role translates insights into actionable initiatives, aligns cross‑functional teams, and scales successful commercial models across diverse APAC markets.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead APAC market intelligence, including market sizing, segmentation, trend analysis, and identification of new growth opportunities
• Deliver ongoing competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and market landscape analysis to inform sales strategy, pricing, positioning, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain regional dashboards that track market dynamics, performance gaps, and growth drivers
• Provide data‑based recommendations for market entry, expansion, consolidation, and investment prioritization across APAC
• Own APAC go‑to‑market outcomes in partnership with Business Units, Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Global GTM teams
• Localize global GTM strategies to ensure strong regional and country‑level market fit
• Align sales, marketing, operations, and channel partners around shared GTM priorities, messaging, timelines, and success metrics
• Remove execution barriers, increase speed and accountability, and improve cross‑functional collaboration
• Standardize and scale high‑impact GTM motions to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience
• Support integration across direct sales, inside sales, partners, and distributors to enable a seamless omni‑channel journey
• Partner with Sales Operations to measure GTM effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial impact

• Ability to translate market insights into practical initiatives that drive measurable business impact
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects across regions, teams, and cultures
• Strong analytical skills combined with structured problem‑solving and execution focus
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global organizations

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in test and measurement or related high‑tech industries
• Background in business development, sales, or customer‑facing commercial roles
• Deep understanding of APAC market diversity, channel models, and regional go‑to‑market practices

• Familiarity with scaling GTM playbooks and supporting product or platform launches
