Job Description - APAC Marketing Manager

You have the opportunity to:

  • Leads identification of locally relevant consumer insights and aligns the Domestic Appliances (DA) portfolio selection and implementation for a specific geographical scope.
  • Contribute into long term innovation roadmap being a voice of APAC consumers
  • Implements local E2E activation plans across all sales and media channels.
  • Allocates A&P spends and briefs Market Media Manager on activation and local content adaptations.​ Measures results and ROI, takes corrective actions and catalogs and shares learnings

Your roles & responsibilities

  • Oversees marketing for a specific geographical scope across all sales and media channels:
  • Leads the localization of Source-of-Business (SOB) and of Target Audience
  • Supports identification of locally relevant consumer insights being a regional consumers ambassador
  • Selects local portfolio and is responsible for forecasting rolling 18-month horizon along with local line charts
  • Plans A&P (incl. ROI) and owns local end-to-end activation to ensure consistency across brands & channels
  • Owns New Product Introduction (NPI) presentations, plus any internal and external trainings
  • Owns the local marketing activation plan including 12 months integrated media calendar with ROI
  • Briefs market Media Manager on campaigns planning and briefs the Digital Hubs on content adaptation
  • Catalogues key learnings incl. audience, creative and platform performance

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • more than 10 years experience in Marketing in the Consumer space
  • Have a strong understanding of APAC countries commercial landscape and consumers insights
  • Experience in L2L product roadmap development working closely with R&D function
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, media planning, online sales, business management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with ability to work with cross-function teams and stakeholders

You are part of:

APAC Regional Marketing team actively working with Global Product Development teams, as well as, with countries’ Marketing team. This role reports directly into the APAC Marketing Lead.
