Artwork Planner

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Design or related studies with 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of Artwork Copy Management or working with Artwork Studios will be advantage
• Able to work independently and a team-player as well
• Meticulous and eye for details
• Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

• Coordination of overall copy text collation process to ensure artwork text meets project objectives
• Overall proof reading before official review
• Track the core inputs available and ready for author to copy the text
• Follow up on the progression and keep track on project time management
• Assist in create the template to share with the team
• Update of job aids documentation and master

Work Schedule/ Location:

• 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
• Located at Buona Vista
